Dealing with the Insolvent Jones Homes is less pleasant than dealing with sharks. It is like they have lied to us every step of the way during the sale.
After buying an moving in they refused to fix the damp in the bathroom, the plasterboard coming off the walls and the "luxury" fittings in the kitchen breaking within a week of moving in. This in 350K house.
Then it turns out they are actually bankrupt and cant pay their staff to do the snagging -so we ended up paying for it just to make the house inhabitable.
