Sadly Joseph's did not sell our property after nearly 5 months. The sales pitch we originally had really made us think their company would be the best for us. We really struggle with estate agents and their awful communication. We thought Joseph's would be better. We liked that they are a small company and are modern using WhatsApp ect. Although this was not the case we had to chase every viewing and the only time we was chased was to put the price down. I appreciate the market is extremely difficult at the moment but as the experts they said they could sell our house at x amount but two weeks in changed their minds. The staff are all lovely but could just even drop their clients a WhatsApp message once a week to say how many viewings on the system they have had or any other intrest. To have a report on what the people that viewed the property said. Good and bad feedback, because we had very little and sometimes no feedback at all. We had different people from the Joseph office showing clients our home but we was unaware. So even a WhatsApp introducing that employee to the homeowners to say hi I'm.... and showing the clients your home today is there any information that you would like to share e.g. a nice local primary school, lovely neighbours ect. Then after they could WhatsApp and say the viewing went really well its a couple or family that have sold their home and love your ...... but don't like .... they have asked if ....
We really appreciate the deal that Joseph's offered us and think that if their communication was better we would of dropped our home price with them and stuck it out with them. But as mention before it has been a strange market with the big increase in mortgage rates. We have also been waiting over 2 weeks now to recieve our key back from Joseph's and still have our Joseph's for sale boarded outside the home but we was taken off of right move straight away. I mean to me it would of been the key taken back first. The photos of our home where beautiful. Very realistic and clear. Shame it didn't work out for us with Joseph's but I hope they can improve on their communication and become a brilliant estate agents.

Joseph Property Agency have been absolutely excellent thus far. They always answer my phone calls and find the information or answers I'm looking for. Their manner is always polite, communicative and honest. They are proactive in progressing our sale. They offer a very polished and thorough service. I would highly recommend them.

Our original write up of the property was rather poor with many key details missed out so we had to edit the text before the advert went live which was a little disappointing. However the images and walk through tour were amazing, and that's what ultimately sells a house.
