Having not moved house for 38 years we were frankly daunted at the prospect of selling our house.
However we pulled, unwittingly, a master stroke by appointing Jowett & Stone to handle our sale.
What we needed was someone knowledgeable and empathetic to guide us through the process. Not only do Adam, Karen, Alison, Philippa and Laura provide all the essential skills required, but they also provide real understanding of the support and communication that we needed to manage us through the sale. The whole team deserves huge credit for their expertise and the skill set shown during that time.
We are in their debt for the outstanding service we experienced. Worth every single penny and genuinely nice people to add icing to the cake!

Adam is very calming and professional and guided us through the process of setting up the sale for our lovely home.

Fantastic! We cannot recommend Jowett and Stone enough! We recently sold and purchased with J&S. As a team they were incredibly supportive and responsive and without a doubt selling our house and buying our new home so quickly and smoothly is down to them.

After a previously very bad experience resulting in a collapsed sale, i was recommended to use Jowett & Stone to re-market my property.
From the initial valuation visit by Adam to the final completion, i cannot overstate how hugely impressed i was by the professionalism, courtesy and first class communication at all times of the entire team at J&S.
Their guidance & advice throughout the negotiation process ensured an incredibly smooth completion and i simply cannot thank or praise everyone at J&S enough for their fantastic support.
I very rarely write reviews on any advisory site but then again....i very rarely experience the levels of courtesy of professionalism i experienced with Adam, Karen, Phillipa, Laura and Alison.
