In the last 6 years I have used Gillespie Property to sell 2 family homes. I was first introduced to Gillespie Property by a friend who had recently used them to sell his late parents home. I was so pleased that I followed up on his recommendation as the service the lads provided on both occasions was EXCELLENT. Whilst selling my first home, I actually remember getting inpatient and saying to the lads to reduce the price as I wanted a quick sale. The advice they gave was, it’s too soon, be patient. That advice rewarded me with an offer of the full asking price a week later. When the second property required selling, I went back without hesitation and once again the service was professional. The house was placed on the market in no time and they move things swiftly as the marketing strategy reaches out, far and wide. Yet again, the communication throughout was FIRST CLASS as I was constantly kept in the picture. The house sold in no time and from accepting the offer to exchange was a matter of weeks.
