Quite a disappointing letting agency. Emails are unacknowledged, refunds fail to materialise, requests for support are denied. I will be thankful to move at the end of my 6 month lease despite initially planning on staying here for 18 months. Seem to care a lot more about selling houses than tenants so probably should give up that part. Will do my upmost to avoid using this company again for lets or purchases.

I'm exrltremely happy with the service I received from jusa homes. I was kept in the loop the entire time and although the chain wasn't as straight forward as I hoped, jusa homes got us where we needed to be.
I'm very greatful for all their hard work and would highly recommend.
