I have been using Justin Lloyd for many years now and have always found them to be professional and quick acting with renting to new tenants. Any issues with the property are always referred to me quickly and James Cox has gone beyond his role to help achieve a satisfactory outcome. As I do not live close to my property it can sometimes be tricky to organise things between myself, contractors / deliveries and the tenants.. James has stepped in to personally aid with this. Excellent communication and excellent support. Friendly service and professional support. Thanks James and your team. If I have required additional support and have emailed Gary Banks, please let I have always received a speedy reply. With all the recent events!!! Electrical issues and white goods deliveries... BOTH JAMES AND GARY have been of great help and support throughout the process to ensure a smooth resolution. The property has now been let by Justin Lloyd lettings for many years, I have lived away from the property ever since first renting it out, living several years in Greece and now living in Bedford. Great service! I was first timer selling my flat, I had a look around couple of estate agencies and chose Justin Lloyd, and I am very happy I did. They are friendly, communication is quick and effective, there is no such a thing as silly question, all was explained clearly and questions answered promptly. They are realistic when it comes to estimations either with price or timing. I have to admit that my previous experiencies with estate agents gave me an image of pushy salesmen you can not trust, all talk, very little walk. Justin Lloyd changed my opinion. I have always found them a delight to deal with – I have found them to show a a consistently high regard for their tenants and have always been friendly and happy to help. I am new to the area so I trusted the team at (Sally, Helen & Nick) as local experts to help me find not only the right house, but help me figure out the right area of town as well. I gave them my wish list and within a few weeks I had an accepted offer on a home that ticked all the boxes, and move, I had given them, including one where I get to see the beach huts everyday.
