We first worked with Arthur Mellule @Foxtons South Ken in 2013 when we purchased a studio in London in 2013. We had a very specific property in mind and even after scores of viewings, we hadn't quite hit upon just the right one - but Arthur never gave up! After several months, he found a flat that was exactly what we wanted and then ensured that we concluded the sale smoothly and ensure that we find a suitable tenant. Its now 2016, and when we wanted a second property , one call to Arthur set the wheels moving and this time, we found what we wanted within just a month.
Unlike other agents, Foxtons has given us a complete service and Arthur has that uncanny ability to understand what we want and bags of patience to persist where others would have given up.Thank You!
Most unpleasant "customer service" I have ever had in London. I didn't even get to see the properties I was interested to let because once the agent who contacted me found out I was looking in other areas than hers she told it was better "not get an headache to both of us" and not waste our time looking "all over London" (i.e I was looking in two different area, both with Foxtons). It's very funny to me, considering their job is to show properties to their possible customers, that she thought that show me flats in her area was a waste of time. Also, it's none of their business where or where not people want to look for their flats. Maybe it's better if that person would change job.
tlc have been my agent of choice for several years. They always respond instantly, and have superb contractors for all kinds of services. They have a kind, personable approach to their customers on both sides of the aisle. I especially enjoyed A Midsummer Nights Dream and The Wizard of Oz, part of Toby Brown's outreach to his long-time neighbours in Earls Court!
First met was good but onwards was disappointed! Rented apartment from them and got a key for the private Gardens to the property. But when tried to get refund back for the key and they would not care enough. Delayed delayed and delayed as they were too busy and no one else so busy. Far away from professional conduct and I don’t know where to complain about this issue except giving up on my deposit. Be care while dealing with them.
Great and responsive job from Joe Sanders at the Kensington office. There was an urgent structural issue that was reported. Joe got on it very quickly and seriously got the problem looked into, sorted and professionally closed. I'm really impressed and grateful for this professional attention to detail. Bravo
This is the worst property management company we ever worked with. We moved in our new 4 bed flat a month ago and since then they completely disregarded our emails with a list of things to fix which where not properly working when we moved in. Utterly unacceptable behaviour, lack of response and customer care. Be careful!!!
Our experience with the manager and team at Holland Park was excellent, the team had great knowledge of the area and dealt with us very professionaly, honesty and with full transparency. Would highly recommend the team.
Property manager of this real estate is the worst I have ever found:
- when I did the check-in they send a lady who didn't know which one was the flat...she went at the 3rd floor of the building,instead the flat was at the ground;
- I've sent 16 emails to get solved different problems as: broken toilet seat,broken bedroom door, full side of the wardrobe occupied by landlord's bedding and to get an answer from the Property manager I had to call the estate agent who let us the flat every time;
- they didn't tell me that the land phone line was not available to plug in the broadband,so I've been paying the broadband without having a service;
And after one month from my check in they only say: we will send someone to have a look...problems need to be sorted out.
The worst property manager service ever,DON'T LET A FLAT with them,because since the check-in you would be completely alone to manage everything,and they should do,based on fact that you already paid them.
Fantastic service from Rory. He has been extremely efficient throughout. Would definitely do business with him again and recommend Alpha Residential to anyone. Great Estate Agents!
Having been a tenant for over ten years I am used to letting agents, the good and the bad. But I have never come across one that cuts as many corners, breaks as many rules and is so incredibly rude as the staff at Alpha. We had them enter the property without our permission. Take over 6 weeks to deal with maintenance issues. Shout at us down the phone and become incredibly rude. They wasted our time on numerous occasions arranging inspections or viewings to then cancel 5 minutes before hand. I would advise everyone to steer well clear.
Disgrace of a hotel, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. In dire need of a revamp. Rude staff.
Lack of care all round.
Politely asked for a refund for which I was told I would be called back, I had to call back two days later.
