I could write a book of good comments about Karen and her staff. It might be possible (but I doubt it) to find an agent in Southport as good. But you could certainly not find one better ! Enormous help was cheerfully and willingly provided to us before putting our (vacant) house on the market as it needed repairs doing and generally refreshing. Karen sourced and arranged all the workmen for us at very reasonable cost. Then the house sold at the full asking price within days of marketing commencing. Following sale, Paige has been in constant touch with the buyer, us and the respective solicitors to update everyone on the conveyancing situation. Faultless, personal, efficient service in every way and with a smile. True excellence and deserving of my highest commendation.... Read more
