From the get go Karen Ritchie Estates were the ones to sell our house. I met Karen to value the house and this was followed up with a meeting with Michelle. Her knowledge of the industry, locality and community inspired confidence. KRE did all the viewings, with only accredited valuers showing potential buyers around the property. This service was supported by staff who knew the whole process and always took time out to explain the next steps. A very comprehensive business.

Be wary, I was ‘gazumped’ once being pushed to get solicitors on board, all seemed a bit weird, slightly disappointed as the house is still on the market months later, no other issues from the short time I was in communication but for me it seems as though the customer doesn’t matter

The Karen Ritchie Estates team were professional from start to finish during the sale of the property. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area which helps in generating top quality sales literature and when talking to potential buyers.
They communicate well keeping all parties up to date and chase when necessary.
I had to manage the sale remotely but this was no barrier and I felt reassured and confident in the teams abilities. I would certainly recommend Karen Ritchie Estates to others.

Fantastic agent! Valued the property much higher than competition, we initially thought this was just a tactic to get custom - but they sold it for the exact figure. We would have lost £20k if we hadn’t gone with Karen Ritchie. Would highly recommend!
