The whole of our journey and every step of our wat we were guided, supported, encouraged and kept in the loop by Reece Bryant. He was proactive and chased with a geniune interest and passion to help us through and make things happen!
It was not a straight forward journey and I must say I would have potentially lost my way and sanity without him.
It also must be said that the whole team were professional, and friendly including Amanda the manager who was never too busy to talk if Reece was not available
Reece is a true amassador for his company AND his profession and we can only wish him and the whole branch future great success.

just moved out of a rental i had thru them. janine is the most rude arrogant and offensive agent ive ever met. picked on every spec of dust. totally rude and demanding and so arrogant i cant tell you. ive now rented thru another local agent so couldnt be nicer. avoid kavanaghs lettings at all costs. never get a call back. repairs not done, total denial about everything. always the tenants fault - AVOID

Avoid renting from these people if possible, they take absolutely ages to get anything done.
To the point I was trying to get fixed what the previous tenant reported.
They will try and charge you for things that are not down to you.
Rude and ignorant staff..... ignore emails.

Maryam and team sold my first property to me, I was so impressed I’ve just sold through them and now renting through them. Could not recommend enough, such lovely people, very attentive and just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Had a horrible time renting a property from them they would wait ages to get things fixed they would also wait 10 months to give me a massive electric bill and no I have left they are trying to make me pay for things that wernt my responsibility such as the cleaning of the communal areas and communal parking space and have said that the flat was left dirty and dust when it was cleaned top to bottom do not to use this letting agents there con artist all they want it you money and not to provide a good service they are also very rude if you question them on anything and they like to try and find loopholes in the contract to charge you for as much as they can please save your self the trouble and use somebody ealse they should not be allowed be in business the managers Sarah and janine are very 2 faced.
