I chose Kay & Co (now part of the Berkshire Hathaway family) to market my rental property in W2. Unlike the other (larger) firms who viewed the apartment, I really felt that Hannah and Alexandre in particular understood my requirements as a client and they found me the perfect tenants - actually before the property even officially went on the market! They were/are great to deal with and have a real knowledge of the Hyde Park neighbourhood. Best estate agent experience in London. Paul is a stellar agent-- careful, considerate, understanding and with an eye towards getting the job done. While he is clear that he represents and works for the sellers, as buyers we found him helpful, knowledgeable and willing to engage with valuers and solicitors on both sides whenever necessary. Great experience! Would highly recommend!
Had the pleasure of dealing with Alex who went over and above to make sure that myself and my girlfriend Emily found a great place exactly within our budget! After signing on the dotted line, he even made sure we got access to the apartment ahead of time to measure at short notice. If you're looking to find yourself a new place in London, definitely go to Kay & Co!
