Keating were excellent throughout our recent sale. At the valuation stage I felt they gave practical, honest advice. They have a lot of properties in the Brixton area which attracts registration of a good number of buyers, and from viewing properties with them I was reassured that viewers of my flat would find the process smooth and informative. They were helpful and diligent managing a slow chain of transactions, and I’m really pleased we chose them to sell our property.

Apparently holding deposits don't mean anything anymore — we paid a holding deposit of £500 only to find out that they had taken deposits from several people. Our offer was not accepted in the end and had to wait til the following week to get our deposit back.

Zanardi Bahi was super helpful along the whole process, her down to earth nature and professional attitude made us feel so comfortable during quite a stressful time! There was constant communication which made you feel like a priority. I would certainly recommend them when searching for a new property, especially Zanardi who we met in the Brixton branch!

We dealt with George Byrne on the lettings team. Whilst pleasant and friendly, he presented our offer incorrectly to the landlord and subsequently refused to take responsibility, insisting that the error was 'nobodys fault'. He claimed to have no recollection of our two viewings in which we mentioned the unfurnished nature of our offer, and did not acknowledge the offer paperwork he himself produced which specifically lists the removal of the only furniture listed at the property.

He also suggested that we pay for the removal of rubbish left at the property by the landlord/previous tenant. Eventually he just stopped replying to emails. Hopefully our experience with the property management team is an improvement.
