Massively rude. Extremely discriminatory against people with disabilities. I called to enquire about viewing a property and was met by a non-english speaking agent who was very unhelpful and when he learned that I was a disabled person, flat refused to arrange a viewing for me and my (same sex and in full time work) partner.
FYI John Keeble - discrimination for something as a direct result of a disibility (being in receipt of DLA whilst also working in this case - "we don't accept ANYONE in receipt of any benefits") is illegal as outlined in the Equalities Act 2010. You should be highly ashamed of yourselves.
