Ben and Charlotte were amazing when we bought our first house. Any information at the viewings was all answered there and then, any other queries that would need to be asked to the sellers were sent over the same day! The communication during the purchase process was amazing as Ben and Charlotte would keep on top of everything and let us know if anything was missing from our side of the purchase. Would highly recommend Keegan White for selling or purchasing a property in the future! Thanks again for all your help!

We highly recommend using Keegan white if you are selling your property. Especially Ben, he has been an instrumental support throughout a very long painful sale of
not one but two properties. Sale of your property is always a very personal process and it is so important to engage an estate agent who understands your home and can conduct the sale with utter professionalism.

Selling and purchasing a house is a daunting experience and one that hasn’t been without its ups and downs for our family!
In the early stages We did the usual and got 3 agents to come and give us a market appraisal. .
We have to say that from the get go Ben at Keegan white was polite and charming and he spent lots of time with us at our first meeting.
Filling us with confidence.
In our experience The service that’s offered is far superior to any other agent.
The video tours and pictures were outstanding and a very slick set up.
Everyone was polite patient and above all professional.
They never let us down and always answered our questions and gave good feedback promptly.
Our property was put on the market one week and sold the next.
Communication is key at Keegan white everyone knew what was happening with our sale and nick Keegan also regularly touched base with us too.
You are not made to feel like another statistic but a valued client.
They offer great wrap around service and recommended a top class solicitor to boot.

For the uninitiated, it's hard to choose estate agents in the Wycombe area -- there's a whole row of them on Crendon Street, and Keegan White doesn't have the biggest shop-front.
But what it does have (in spades) is really impressive customer service, great advice, a knack of dealing with buyers in a firm but friendly way, and speed of reaction. What's more, in my case, everyone on their team was aware of the minutiae of what was happening with my house sale. So it didn't matter who I spoke to; they knew exactly what was going on at any given time.
Ultimately though, it's about figures. Will they maximise the value you get from your transaction? Happily they're all over that too: after switching to Keegan White, I got nearly 12% more for my property than I was able to with the previous agent.
They asked me to write a review as all companies seem to do these days, but for once I'm very happy to oblige. Really, I can't recommend them enough.
