Absolutely disgusting! You will get bombarded by rude sales staff before the exchange. Once you’ve completed and they have your money they will fall of the face of the earth. Responses after weeks of chasing and most common one “xx has left the business I am dealing with this now”. I have submitted a complaint 6 times now, not once got a call back from a manager. Snagging issues just get left, had to get NHBC involved and even after that I am sat here waiting for jobs to be finished. Seriously, save yourself stress and buy anywhere else. Biggest mistake of my life choosing to buy from keepmoat.

Having to clean cars daily due to working on dry land big problem with very large vehicles using a very small lane causing blockages to traffic workers very inconsiderate

Living in our 3 bed detached for 3 weeks now. Had a few snaggs but the site manager is very friendly and responsive to sort them out. House and area are very comfy and we are very pleased that we chose for keepmoat homes.
