Awful, never buying from Keepmoat again. Garden flooded, Julian came and said would put aco drains in and then weeks later builders came and dug up the drains but put in french drains instead. They left with gravel and mesh left sticking up they never came back and didn’t let us know what was going on with it. It’s been 3 weeks since and it’s all flooding still I’ve had to fence off the garden so that my boyfriends little girl and the dogs can’t get on it as she went on it the other day tripped and grazed all her knees. The roof leaked and it’s leaked all in the porch roof was fixed but still not been painted, the en-suite is covered in mould someone came out and said they’d thermal camera it and repaint and fix the extractor fan but still nothing. Shocking avoid at all costs!... Read more
