Speed certainly isn't the name of the game when it comes to Keepmoat! We bought a house from Keepmoat in Upton Place at the start of 2018. Since then, it feels like overall development around Upton (by Keepmoat) has slowed to a crawl.
The new streets aren't paved, building materials are everywhere, and the consequences of bad decisions are starting to show. For example, the parking spaces outside our house flood regularly because the drain...is at the top of the slope. Yes: you read that right!
Although the house was good value overall, you can tell it was done on the cheap with cowboy contractors for whom quality was an optional extra. Post-completion customer service has been pretty good but much depends on the contractors hired to attend.
Given severe delays to our house's completion throughout 2017 I wouldn't recommend Keepmoat when buying a new build. Something tells me that the company is horribly mismanaged with crises happening on the reg!
