Really are "Assembled" NOT built. And also building on other peoples "Right of Way" These people are not builders...they are "Developers" These are people adopting BIG company Mentality. See the way they just do anything they like. If considering buying on Weavers Way....Please Think twice. Walk around the site...See the standard of workmanship going on here. I feel sorry for the people already in there. If considering buying towards the edge of the estate on Phillips field these places are built on a Right of way..... Be Warned !

The houses look nice but there are so many problems with them. Nearly everyone on site have had lots of things that need re-doing again. The workmanship is terrible.

Properties look lovely from the outside but many tenants complained about the shoddy workmanship and the lack of customer service. Many had had to wait for months on end in order to get anything rectified and most are still waiting now for anything to be done. Avoid at all cost.

Really spacious family home, with the kitchen diner being the only exception. (Although we have to have a large dining table that takes up a lot of the room.) The really spacious bedrooms give the children all the space they need. We were really pleased with the good quality carpet and fantastic finish around the home. The bathrooms are especially pleasing in appearance and I love the high gloss white woodwork in the hall.
I am close to thinking that we got a bargain.
