Just as the previous review has mentioned this is an absolutely awful and unprofessional "estate agents". Had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with these lot mainly Sophie Westwood when renting a property. Had to wait 2 months for my deposit to be returned and had to send off multiple emails to Sophie, Ceri Young and Adrian Law. Was ignored for weeks on end and was told it couldn't be returned as Sophie was off work with sickness. It was only until I phoned them that I had email confirming the money had been returned. WITH NO APOLOGY for the delay and being ignored for multiple weeks. Please stay clear of these cowboy "estate agents".... Read more

Absolutely awful estate agents. We went to view three properties and put an offer in as soon as we could on one of them. Speaking to Tom. We were told we’d be let know as soon as they know. I’ve be calling for 2 weeks and every time being told they don’t know. I spoke to Tom against yesterday where he informed me again he didn’t know and the lady who was handling everything called Sophie would be in tomorrow. On our final call today (again me calling) Tom decided to tell us deposits had been placed and Sophie had in fact taken leave. Two weeks with no communication. So poorly run and seems like they have no idea what they are doing. Avoid this company!... Read more

Kelway Law went above and beyond all expectations. Their advice was invaluable, and they kept us fully informed throughout the entire selling process. They also made all of the necessary arrangements for a leaking water main, faulty boiler and "challenging" septic tank to be rectified on our behalf. Worse estate agent I have ever come across. We suppose to get our key by 1st of August 2019. Today on 28th July 2019, they told that land has change mind. They can’t provide property After doing all the referencing, taking deposits. We have to fill many pages of form. Which took hours. Has Wasted our time. What a unreliable estate agent. We have already given notice to our recent property, packed all our stuff. Now just 3 days before moving house, they are saying that the land lord has change mind. At least we suppose to get alternatives. I would suggest everyone to think twice before going for this estate agent. They will make you in mess.... Read more

I am fairly certain that our house purchase would not have gone though had it not been for Adrian's effort. When it seemed all was lost Adrian was able to pull together all the parties and find a suitable compromise in almost impossible circumstances. Possibly one of the worst estate agents out there, despite the strong competition for this title. Terrible attitudes, poor customer service, and they don't even listen to you when it comes to your needs in a property. Absolute time wasters just trying to offload property after property, I guess so they can just tell landlords they have booked viewings for a property.... Read more
