Called to arrange a survey, but due to my own time constraints they couldn't help - however they were exceptionally helpful, providing alternative companies details. Really went hte extra mile. Will be using them again next time!

Called for some reinstatement surveys, which their website says they do. Said he wasn't really interested and hang up almost immediately.
