I cannot thank GetaAgent enough for putting me in touch with Kennedy & Foster. Being able to see ratings, customer feedback and benchmarks on things such as asking price and average time to sell was super helpful in selecting the right agent. Additionally they automatically asked the agent to get in contact with me and provided useful tips to ask. Kennedy & Foster were friendly, polite and enthusiastic, they had many people through the door even before it went on the market, and managed to sell my property in just 6 days. Communication was fantastic which arguably is the most important point. Thank to both GetaAgent and Kennedy & Foster (in particularly Kim and Lorraine!) for all their help and support.

Despite the fact that Kennedy & Foster were our sellers agents, not ours, we were treated as if we were the client. Lorraine was kind, kept us in the loop and above all she was on the ball! Kim also seemed as lovely and personable. If we were to ever move again we would go straight to Kennedy & Foster!

It took a little longer than I hoped for but I realise it's a different time for selling properties at the moment with all the interest rates as they are. I have sold subject to contract and so fingers crossed I can complete & sign contracts in the near future.

The team at Kennedy & Foster go above and beyond! Absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend them of you are buying or selling a property.
I had a bad selling experience that lasted 2 years but Lorraine, Georgia and Kim (and Jane on weekends) were there every step of the way and were excellent in keeping me informed, even when it was not their duty to do so.

After having no luck with another agent in town I decided to try kennedy and foster .they have now sold my property for me and I must say how impressed I was with their services.
That rang and emailed me every time they had a viewing they also rang me after each viewing to give feed back from potential buyers.
I’m very happy with their services very professional team and would use them again in the future .

Highly recommended! Kim and the team were so helpful and very professional when selling our flat. They promptly arranged lots of viewings and sold the flat within a few weeks! They are so friendly and great at communicating, always responded quickly with any queries. The fee was competitive too! We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
