-These guys are absolute crooks. They were lying, cheating and stealing from me, the other tenants and the landlord who owned the house. DONT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. -They moved in loads aggressive and disgusting tenants during lockdown for just a few weeks at a time and then pocketed the cash (without telling the landlord) and then ignored me when I complained about their behaviour (barging into my room, stealing my food, even taking a poo on the bathroom floor!) -I had a leak in my ceiling and no radiator all year was freezing in winter), a problem they continued to ignore when i asked - but were always quickly on my case for rent. -I was so annoyed that I spoke to previous tenants and tenants from other houses and all of them had problems with this company (some of them were even taking these agents to court). For this reason, I think most of the positive reviews on here are fake. -When I tried to get my deposit back they ignored me, argued with me and then threatened to get a lawyer on my case (and apparently did the same with other tenants) and didn't really give any good reasons - just shouted and demanded. -Hafiz and Imam are complete liars and were stealing and taking advantage during the pandemic. -They knew I was being made redundant yet continued to steal my money without any qualms! Ive got plenty more examples of how bad they are... but I don't want to ramble on... DONT GO WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY.... Read more

the worst experience that I have had in London. When you call them for problems they never answer. the bathroom is still without light. they push you to leave the house without notice and they offer you new room because they know you cannot find house in one or two days. I am still waiting for my contract.... even one star is too much for them... MINUS.... Read more

Left without hot water for a whole month because nobody came to fix it despite numerous phone calls. Told them I wanted to move out, the following week without any prior knowledge 2 people knock on my bedroom door to have a look around, very unprofessional *after reply: It was definitely this company, I was living in Mile End. BEST AGENCY IN EAST LONDON. Hello everyone! I have lived in plenty of houses in East London since I moved to London and I always had the same problem. The rooms that I was renting were cheap and and therefore the service and the overall service and the treatment were poor. Kenneth Loyds isnt like this they are professional from the first to the last day. You get a receipt for the deposit and a proper legitimate contact without weird unclassified clauses. I was very fortunate having Imam as my landlord who not only was able to help when something went wrong in the house but was able to solve every single issue like fixing the bathroom lamps, buying a new Hoover, and reparing the kitchen floor when it was time for me to leave the flat. He even offered to help me taking things with his car. The only reason I've moved out, because I found a job at west London. If I decide to move back east Imma would be the first person that I'd contact.... Read more
