We have recently purchased a property through Kenniston and Associates Ltd , the service has been exceptional. It had been quite a long journey for us to find the right property and we worked with many agents in the process but Kenniston and Associates Ltd stood out very clearly from the others. Their honest, professional and quick service was very different from many of the other agents. As a buyer I was quite demanding asking lots of questions and also pushing for an 8 week exchange and completion, we did it in 7 .5 weeks and it was only because Kenniston's worked closely with us, the vendor and the solicitors to make it happen. I cant thank the team enough for your patience with us . People are very quick to criticise estate agents but they stood out as being very different from the others and looked after us at every stage.... Read more

It is unpleasant to read that someone has fallen victim to a banking scam, but it is even more unpleasant when the victim becomes vindictive and without justification tries to destroy the reputation of a company such as Kenniston & Associates Ltd. Having been one of their clients for 25 years, I can sincerely say that during the intervening period I have found the service provided by their personnel totally professional in every aspect relating to the acquisition and and management of my property portfolio. It is beyond belief that a derisory review has been posted criticising the reputation and professional integrity of the company, which is in no way representative of the service they provide to their predominantly international clientele.
