Key Property have been a refreshing team to work with from start to finish. Dealing with them really did give me some faith back in dealing with estate agents. They were more concerned with my needs than making a quick deal and although my search criteria changed, they didn't get impatient, but rather worked with me to help me find the home I was looking for! Paul is very enthusiastic & never seems to stop work. He was very involved in our purchase throughout, liaising with solicitors etc. He arranged for some repairs to be done by the vendor before we purchased, which was appreciated. A good team to deal with.

Having been messed around by one of the more established local offices I decided to give Key PL a go. Paul was one of the most focused agents I have ever met and made it his mission to sell my property. Not only did he reinvigorate the marketing but found me a cash buyer and had the whole deal done and exchanged within 2 weeks. As an investor/developer, I cant emphasise how impressed I was and I'll certainly be using him and Key PL again.
