I lived in the property these guys manage at 36 Keston Road. I tried to get them to fix my broken boiler once, and after having spoken to a number of them, they started ignoring their phones. That was all of their 'emergency' numbers listed, and when I had spoken to them, it was very apparent they didn't want to give me the number of Sue, the owner of the company to try and sort it out. The flats on 36 Keston Road look very nice, but after moving in I discovered that the water supply has not been modified to service each flat in the building, so when you take a shower and somebody else in the building uses a tap, you will either be burned or frozen by the water. It seems that if more than one neighbour uses the supply (there are 5 bedrooms in the building so 10 occupants is possible) you will get no water AT ALL. I informed them of this a number of times and they did fit a pump which made a slight difference to the overall pressure, but the problem still remains. All I got in response is that they did not do the conversion and it would be too expensive. I would not move here after I move out if I were you. Oh, and to mention that due to the quality of the conversion of these flats (36 Keston Rd), there is absolutely zero insulation between the floorboards. So, if you have have a penchant for monitoring your neighbours telephone conversations, this is the rental for you. In response to my complaints about having no water pressure (and being annoyed about the boiler debacle), this agency gave me notice to vacate, instead of fixing the problem. I saw after that it was still up for rental, they just didn't want to deal with a tenant who had the audacity to demand a reliable supply of water. Lovely conduct.... Read more

There was a shop conversion going on below us, and they fought our corner for us against the freeholders of the property more than once.
