I've recently sold a flat which i owned for 14 years, partly as owner occupier, latterly as a BTL landlord - KWB have been the managing agents for much of that time.
In that 14 years, the communal area hasn't been decorated once and during a visit recently, it looks absolutely appalling and in a way, very sad. I paid £73 per month (or similar) for the 14 years i owned the property and to have paid that much and for it to be in that state is completely inexcusable. I e-mailed most years and got the same rubbish back each time - normally along the lines of "oh we'll be looking at it next year..."
The owners portal of their website is not kept up to date and contains multiple errors.
They also dealt with a communal plumbing issue several years ago very poorly, but we 'won' in the end.
I'm pleased to now have nothing to do with them.... Read more

Seems to me this company say one thing and do another .
Asked for a updated bill and correct figure .
We didn’t receive one .
Receive a letter saying credit to our account .
Still no update , then receive a demand for missed payments (during the time our whole estate is questioning itemised bills received ).
I will be seeking legal advice to see if we can change from this company as they seem to be

Rating improved from 1 to 2 because they did actually manage to do one thing right - choosing the concierge for The Bank. Jason is a fantastic guy, always polite and happy to help despite the situation he's been put in as everyone's hate towards KWB is passed through him. Shame he is not in charge of the entire company.
Worst Property "Specialist" in UK?. After the first time both of the lifts were out of order and tenants of The Bank were forced to walk up 21 floors to get to their flat, you'd think KWB would have learnt anything and organised an emergency lift repairs as soon as possible. But they are the most incompetent building management company, so they obviously didn't and month later both lifts are out of order again. Very convenient to walk 20 floors up after 10h shift. My flat has been managed by the company for the last 6 years. The best way to describe them is "all talk and no show".
They have not managed the flats to a reasonable standard (despite many promises). Every year, they are supposed to send out annual accounts, these were sent out almost 5 years too late. Also, I received a service charge increase for a few years back!! Why have they sent me an invoice for a service charge increase sent to me from two years ago?
When addressing these issues, they have made several promises, with very little delivery. They often have a rude tone and very difficult to work with; often with the attitude of "it's not our problem". In short, they love taking your money, however they dislike actually doing what they supposed to do.... Read more

Beware for new tenants...... Imagine living in a building without internet access.... have been here for over two months and have had to spend money on mobile wifi data because it's almost a blindspot for 3 and no broadband available in the building. This is due to incorrect wiring in the property so no broadband can be made available.

Leaving aside the fact that the 5-stars reviews are from company associates, The Bank Tower 1 (which must look more and more like an afterthought to these people) is still without a proper broadband connection after 9 months. A pregnancy takes less time than these people sorting out drilling a hole in the ground and pulling some cables through. Most recent clown show involved contracting Virgin Media to cable the building only to abort the operation as cars were illegally parked before the building. Calling the traffic police and getting the cars towed might have seemed too foreign as a concept to KWB. They now say they'll retry in 2 weeks from now. Because why try to sort stuff out the following day? Absolutely worthless service. If you're after reliability, efficiency or basic dignity, look elsewhere... Read more

Construction taking place next to the building so the windows are covered in some concrete residue which the window cleaners couldn't remove. Have been promised a professional clean but of course that hasn't happened despite months of asking, again and again. 6 months here, 4 without a view. Lovely... Read more
