Six leaks in five years and now I have just been told that my boiler has a valve running the wrong way by a BAXI engineer the same engineer also told me that the electrical main switch is not even connected.
My Balcony has had a terrible leak for close to three years now which has been fixed probably four or five times now and it’s got worse not better, I was told after lock down that it’s now not their issue as they were leaving the site.
Also when I contacted the company to tell them what the BAXI engineers report said I was promised a call back and to this day am still waiting on that call.
I would like to say more but I am just disappointed in the poor standard of workmanship and as they have now left the site it just feels that they have washed their hands with this problem that I am having with the balcony.

After a long wait we're finally in. Great homes and great service. Loved the development from first visit over 4 years ago. Put our names down for the house 2 years ago. Worth it!

After initial good aftercare service addressing minor issues, there appears to be a lack of urgency to address the final snagging items. I have now waited 10 months to get a problem with my roof fixed and I am still awaiting a suitable repair to be carried out.
