Moved into my new home coming up to a year ago, every time i raise a problem it isn’t sortedo and when I phone to ask for an update on how the problem will be solved I just receive excuses. I needed a fridge door changing and they have turned up 5 times with the wrong sized door! Saying we will go back and order the right one every time. Now the shower is playing up and I’ve been waiting 2 months for it to be fixed.... Read more

Hi, Just wanted to say what i have been going through trying to buy a new build property with this developer. It has been a circus from day one with no real authority and fundings failure. The seller has now pulled out from exchange with 2 weeks still left. I am left with no options at the minute as this was a property we chose over another. They delayed the whole mortgage process and then blamed me for delays. They illegal said i could not use Halifax as a mortgage lender after it was submitted, then failed to check solicitor was on panel with another lender. No communication from sales team or manager Mark Blake. The ordeal has caused me migraines and chest pains and caused issues between me and my wife. I have had help to buy authorised, searches carried out and told by their mortgage broke that we can exchange easily. But Mark blake the area manager has said he has cancelled sale with no refund after leaving a £500 reservation and £250 search fee. i feel like there is no one to speak to about this and the public and governing bodies need to know what game Kier are playing....
