During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.

Stefano- the broker is very professional and helpful. My mortgage application had been completed on time and appeared successful! Very thankful and satisfied with the service, I am about to finalise the purchase of my property now, it is the kind of dream that came true! ????

Giving Kings and our fellow Ross a 5 star rating simply because they provided exactly the service that you would hope for from an estate agency. Ross in particular was tentative and communicable, and knew not to over-sell. Didn't over-use the "ticks all the right boxes" and "has potential" phrases, either, which is always a bonus! All in all, positive experience in particular with Ross who was very considerate and even spared us a litre of water for the road. Happy to use again should the need arise.

Sarah Truscott at Harlow Branch is a very a kind and personable person. She is interested in the customer, she is patient , listens and gives great advice! We just recently went on the market and have been viewing various properties across harlow with other agents, but the positive rapport we have developed with Sarah is what you would expect from anyone conducting bussineness interfacing with the public. We have felt comfortable with her and has great local knowledge which helps. Compared to some other grumpy looking agents we have met, Sarah will out you at ease. She is a credit to the King's group.

Highly recommend these guys! After a dreadful experience with another local agent we were left with just 8-9 weeks to get our house sold and completed, as we stood to lose our purchase. Nothing was too much hassle, they had potential buyers lined up within days. One open day held by Andre and Harry (who are great guys too) and my house was sold to the buyers in in the best possible position.
I was obviously nervous having been let down by 2 previous buyers, but Charlie and Charley Hornsby were fantastic. They reassured me, kept me updated and liaised with everyone involved to make sure the sale got to completion, and it did within the deadlines too! These guys have the ability to not only get people through the door and sell your house but to keep up with the admin and connections after to make sure it completes, which is where I had been let down by the previous agents.
We would 100% recommended and should I ever want to do it again Kings will be my go to agent. Thanks Guys
