I sent out several emails for some flats I was interested in on a Sunday, Gabriel, Kings Group was about the first to respond to my email same day, fixed a viewing for the property for the next day, I loved the property, started all documentation process, by Saturday of the same week of viewing the property we had moved into the flat.
