Probably the worst agent by far I have ever come across. I am currently renting a flat in Isleworth which was managed by Kings London and I must say the service they are providing is absolutely rubbish. Don't be fooled by the viewing agent "Alberto" - he's a very good liar. He told us the council tax for this 1 bed is no more than £70 per month but we found out it to be £150!!! The repair team is even worse. Washing broke 3 weeks ago and still not heard a word from Kings London when this will be repaired. The kitchen marble worktop also cracked and flooding the wooden cabinet below - reported this 3 months ago and still not a word from anyone despite calling minimum twice a week for a follow up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guys, really you do not want to end up with this lot. I wish I never rented with them. My brother in law lives above me and the mold/fungus growing in his built in wardrobe hasn't been addressed for weeks now AND HE HAS A 4 MONTH OLD BABY IN THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!! Lady who deals with repairs is called Sophia and she always talks over you and wants to hang up the phone every time you call - be aware. Complete bunch of morons. Stay clear.... Read more

Awful service, UN-ethical & UN-professional letting agent that i have come across in my life, I have been a tenant for their new property in Garden-view House in W13 9DN, no-bins for first -2 months, no-BT circuit terminated within premises for first-4 months, No internal wiring done properly for telephone to property...... Estate is managed by someone & letting by somone, It a mere waste of time, money.... all you end up is dis-appointment & you can expect "0" customer services... Read more

Absolute waste of time.
I have been trying for days to book a viewing and the phone is never answered or even rejected.
After two days of calling I have turned up in person only to be told that they can't help me at that point anyway, and still haven't called me back.
Funny enough they advertise several properties in one single block only with the same pictures.
Save your time, these guys might just rip you off if your pushy enough to give them your money.... Read more

It was the worst experience I had with any agency, and for the past three months, I was in contacts with many of them. The agent was very rude and unprofessional. At the viewing of the property, he just sat on the couch and stared at his phone. None of the answers we got were informative or polite, and everything was just rude.
Towards the end of our viewing, in the middle of the conversation he kept interrupting and later on called over a woman who was going past, she recognised him and approached, right after he just shook my hands and left. All of this happened while I was talking to him. I called him over to try to speak to him and ask why I can't finish my sentence. Before I had to say anything, he immediately said 'What do you want from me? I do not work for you, so go away!'.
Very unprofessional agent and the agency. Don't go to this company! I also wish I could give it a 0-star.... Read more

Honestly the most unprofesional agency I have ever worked with, last month I called regarding an issue I had with the council tax, I have just moved to the country and am not sure how these things work, but given the fact that they ask for a large fee, I would have thought they would help me (even if they did NOT manage the property). The first time I called I was hung up on three times, I only asked if I could discuss the property. The second time, which was today, a very rude man answered the phone telling me it was not his problem and he began to raise his voice, making digs saying "oh you've never done this before? you don't know how this works?" being very sarcastic and making fun of me. I am only 21 and wanted to get a copy of my tenancy agreement to prove to the council that I was not the sole occupier , which would reduce my fees. He hung up on me and told me to never call again, I started crying after having have felt so harassed. I am so upset and disappointed.
I asked to speak to a manager, and yelling at me he said "alright yeah there is no 'manager' here"
NEVER deal with this company, they will treat you like you are nothing. I wish I could give zero stars.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
