We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through.
Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her.
In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

Our sale progressed over ten months with some complications so we got to know the team at Kings very well. We had expert help and guidance throughout the process. Highly professional with efficient communication between all parties. Every message was communicated between the team. Every email and call responded to very quickly despite the difficulties through the pandemic.
