We were very impressed with the service we received from KFH in Balham in selling our flat. Leigh came out for our initial meeting and valuation and was fully prepared and knowledgeable about the market – something which was not the case with other local agents! He was also very honest with his views and opinions. The team at KFH found our buyer within 3 days of going to market. Stephen then managed our sale process expertly and in a very affable manner. If you are selling a flat in Balham, I cant think why you would go anywhere else.

We were very impressed with Ed, Stephen, Leigh & the whole team. Very professional and would highly recommend to anybody selling in the Balham area. These guys aren’t just estate agents, but a highly skilled sales team who know their stuff.

Particular thanks to Lewis B, who accompanied us on a 6 month journey looking to buy in the area and put a lot of time and effort in during that period. Very knowledgeable and made the process easy for first time buyers. We had a few disappointments along the way, but KFH certainly can't be faulted in the way they handled things.
