The KFH lettings team, and in particular my agent Jack Walker D'Cruze, did a spectacular job of letting out my flat quickly, efficiently and effectively. No time at all was wasted in getting all the marketing details to hand and taking on board two high quality tenants. Jack's communication was regular, frequent and very personable. I'm really pleased, thank you!

Having had our place with another agent for almost 2 months with no offers we switched to KFH. Within the first weekend of viewings, Poppy and the rest of the team at KFH had secured three offers above asking price, one of which they successfully saw through to completion, remaining calm and patient throughout the complicated sales process (we were selling from Australia with the sale bridging the Brexit vote). Nothing was too much to ask, and every step was completed in a supportive manner. We were extremely pleased with the whole process!

It's difficult to articulate how terrible KFH are. I'd say that their service was poor, but that would suggest that they were merely incompetent, rather than actively dishonest. They'll encourage you to rent a supposedly furnished place, saying either that it'll have at least a wardrobe and some drawers by the time you move in, leaving you to discover that it won't, once you've put down the deposit, or that all the furniture in the flat is included, even though the majority of it belongs to the current tenants. They're happy to show people round without notifying you and to lie about this subsequently. Only one agent, who presumably wasn't slippery enough, faced any sort of penalty for this. They'll misrepresent contract negotiations to your landlord, presumably to gain more through new tenant fees, and become almost aggressive when you suggest that this isn't acceptable (on being asked why he'd misrepresented our requests and told our landlord that we would definitely break the contract before the end of the tenancy, Will declared that it 'wasn't done through spite or malice', which seemed rather odd). Dealing with estate agents is obviously not something anyone wants to do, but, from a tenant's perspective, both having rented through them and observed their untruth-riddled viewings to prospective tenants, I suggest you do all you can to avoid KFH. A look at the positive reviews on here reveals interesting similarities (dates, details), which would make sense if the service was consistently decent, but it's worth considering that this is a company that employs people that thinks lying about making telephone calls ("oh, er, you must just not have got the voicemail message...I don't know where it can have gone") and not checking appointment times with tenants is acceptable...
