We recently had 4 properties that we had held, for years, as rental investments in SW17 - 3 flats and 1 house. I already had a strong working relationship with the KFH Balham office and although we had seen the top of the market come and go remained confident that they were the best agent for us. All 4 units were sold, in good time, 3 were sold with vacant possession and the other with as an investment. KFH achieved fantastic prices and the service was professional and hassle free.As far as I am concerned KFH Balham are the best agents in the area.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. We are fairly new to buying and it was our first purchase in London. Myself and my partner were shown around by Lewis, a great guy with good knowledge and professionalism of the property and of the current market in and around the area. We also dealt with Leigh who oversaw the purchase, again very professional and worked hard for us at crucial times during the process.

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to them both and the others within KFH who have made us very happy in our new home.

The experience at first was really good, we moved quickly and liked the flat given we knew some work needed to be done to it. The day we moved in the place had not been cleaned because KFH forgot! By this time we had been to the local supermarket, purchased £20 worth of cleaning products and started to clean it ourselves, when KFH called they said they can organise a clean but for £265.00.
Since moving in, the mattresses have been uncomfortable, one of the bed frames is totally broken, no one even explained how the transfer of bills work and what companies we need to speak to!
We have put in multiple requests to sort all our issues out which have been listed on multiple emails and chased / called daily but yet, no one actions this and they are "away from their desk"
The journey was smooth at first however, anything after that is the worst service I have EVER received. My family own an estate agency and this is not how things are run! It is terrible, unprofessional, poor and I would think twice before using them again!!!

We, as a family of three with a six year old daughter, are immigrants and are total aliens in UK. We have recently moved to London, our area of interest was around Wimbledon. I had scheduled home viewings with 5 different agencies and 12 real estate agents. KFH and Ioana was the best. She is one of the warmest persons I’ve met in UK. She instantly understood our needs and responded accordingly, behaving as a perfect liaison between me and my landlord. She and her team working over time late hours for our urgencies, are devoted professionals of whom I witnessed many times. They deserve a big congrats for their great efforts.

KFH Crouch End did a great job drumming up interest in and ultimately selling our flat. All of the team worked hard and were a pleasure to deal with, although I would like to single out Andy Thripp (our main point of contact) who was professional, available, attentive and a helpful facilitator.
