Finding a property in a new country can be daunting, but thanks to Linnea and the Kingston team at KHF, my experience was smooth sailing!
Before I even arrived in the UK, Linnea sent a video of the property. Then, once I landed, she arranged a physical viewing at my request. The entire process, from that first glimpse to making an offer and moving in, was handled efficiently and professionally.
The whole Kingston team was friendly and approachable. They were always available to answer my questions and guide me through the renting process quickly and seamlessly.
Thanks to Linnea, finding my new flat was a stress-free experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Great team here, found a lovely place thanks to Holly Witherington!
She was extremely professional, polite and friendly - always replying to our emails quickly.
Throughout the whole process: arranging the viewing, showing me around the property, following up with the offer and finalising the tenancy agreement, Holly has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
We're tenants, and our initial enquiry was regarding a property different to the one we're moving into now, she had suggested alternative properties - which is great because this one is much nicer.
Final thanks again, finding a place has been stressful but Holly and the KFH team have definitely made it easier!

We originally had our property on with another agent for 3 months, with only a slow trickle of viewings, price reductions, no offers and a frustrating lack of communication.
We spoke to a few agents when looking for an alternative and felt like Will really listened to us and wanted to help (unlike the others who felt very pushy/salesy!). His communication throughout the whole process has been excellent. Always willing to answer questions and give advice and guidance through what is quite a stressful time! Whenever we spoke to anyone else at KFH, they were also super helpful too.
I would highly recommend using Will as your agent if you are looking at buying/selling - thanks Will!

I can only speak on my experience with Linnea as she is the only agent I have dealt with, but that is all I needed to leave a 5 star review. Linnea has been a beacon of light in an otherwise dire situation and has shown nothing but kindness, professionalism and passion for what she does. She has been prompt, communicative and personable and to say that she is exceptional in her role would be an understatement. She has not only gone above and beyond to ensure I’ve found the right property, despite many hurdles thrown our way, but she has done so in a matter of weeks. From first enquiry to getting the keys, she has shown nothing but determination and and I could not be more thankful. The team at KFH Kingston are so lucky to have found such a gem but I consider myself to be even luckier to be in the position I am because of her.
