Very happy with the service mantle dealt with Silas very good communication they kept us very well informed throughout the selling process and they let many trades people into the property on our behalf as it was my mothers house being sold and she had moved into a nursing home and we live 5 miles away

I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

I recently sold my property on Elspeth Road and had a very good experience with KFH. Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process and didn't allow the fact that one sale fell through to discourage him or me. He was very clear with his pricing recommendations and clearly showed that he understood the local market.
