AVOID~AVOID~AVOID It was a couple of months back now but had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Luton lettings department. I dealt with an estate agent called Eamon who is absolutely bonkers to put it politely. He was unable to have a civil conversation without arguing with me, point scoring, constantly passing the blame on others instead of dealing with his mistakes, it is silly and unprofessional. Eamon would rarely return my calls so I also had to deal with Andrea who I believe is Eamons secretary, she was extremely abrupt on the telephone and unhelpful, lacking in any kind of customer service skills whatsoever. Fortunately for me and there was another agent dealing with the same property and I took my business to them, they have been a pleasure to deal with and couldn't be more helpful, my advice is to use a larger Luton agent and avoid this tin pot firm at all costs. Moving premises is stressful enough without all the bad attitude you will receive from Kirby and Diamond.... Read more
