A young relative of mine has been an absolutely perfect tenant with them for years: quiet, non-smoker, non-drinker, always payed on time - a thoroughly respectful tenant in every way. He was moving out yesterday. He and my husband spent all day cleaning the house, even re-painted lots of it. They were there till late into the night and were exhausted. It is spotless - they took photos to prove it. Today Kites contacted him to say it is filthy and they're threatening to deduct £100 off his deposit. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. No integrity. No shame. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.... Read more

I’ve rented with kite homes twice and have absolutely no complaints. They are friendly, helpful, unintrusive and always quick to sort out problems. Check ins and check outs were surprisingly easy and the Karens are easy to contact. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.... Read more
