We cannot recommend this agency high enough ! We had a rental house pull out of a deal a week from when we were due to move in and knights found us a house and got all our references ect rushed through in a few days so that we would not be homeless ! It was our first time using Knights and we were really happy with the service. We met with Ross who instantly became a hit with our son, he wasn't phased that he was being dragged around the property by a 2 year old. Ross was friendly and helpful and gave us all the information we needed. After being informed we were lucky enough to be chosen for the property, the customer service continued to a high standard while all the checks were going through. Every email answered and we were kept updated regularly. Ross greeted us when we moved in, showed us around again and left us to it. We had a couple of minor issues in the first couple of days, but Ross and the team at Knights resolved them quickly, dealing with the landlord and trades and we couldn't have asked for more really. I'd highly recommend them. After previously letting with one of the more common letting agents, Knights have smashed them out the water. You can actually speak to someone in your local office and it's not all centralised or done by email, with no personal service. I find independents far more trustworthy and reliable and we're really happy with Knights.... Read more

From the very beginning of the journey to rent a property from Knights they have been nothing but brilliant. They explained everything in detail and made the whole process simple and painless. Nothing was ever to much for them and they answered all questions very quickly. Ross even came and checked in on us on our first day here, I really nice touch!! This letting agency has got to be one of the BEST going. Philipa handled most of the letting agreement but I talked to Mark & Ross as well & everyone was so LOVELY, HELPFUL & best of all PROFESSIONAL. I have recently moved into a lovely property that I am renting through Knights. Ross and team have been especially wonderful at making the whole process easy and hassle free. I viewed and enquired about other properties with other estate agents, and they were no comparison to Knights. The team are very responsive to emails and phone calls (which lots of other estate agents seem not to be), and nothing seems a problem they can't solve. The property was in excellent condition when I viewed it, and I was given a lovely long viewing slot which meant that there was no feeling of being rushed. I worked with Mark at Knights recently for the letting of a flat. He made himself available at all times and organised an initial meeting very quickly and viewings equally rapidly. You simply don't meet honest and hard working estate agents everyday and when you do you want to let others know! My experience while renting a property through Knights Estate Agents was excellent. I felt that my questions were always answered in a timely manner and with courtesy. When I called, there was always a person on the other side to attend to my call. I dealt with Ross and Phillipa and both of them came across as people who care about the work they do and about people they service. Given the current rental market situation I felt they handled my expectations well and were open and transparent from the very start. So, renting or buying, I would not hesitate to use Knights Estate Agents again. They provide outstanding service!... Read more
