From check in till check out we received excellent service, room is clean and cosy. Well maintained and equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Location is wonderful, bus stop, tube station, supermarket, pubs and cafes etc.|Highly recommend.

Stayed for a week and it felt like home.
The location is absolutely amazing- minutes walk from bus stop, underground, overground (10-15 mins walk), and supermarkets less than 4 minute walk. Lively in the evening and at night as well. The location is incredible, and safe, you can be out all night and come back walking alone without feeling uncomfortable the location is on a main road just by a crossing too.
Staff very friendly.
Very quiet.
Balcony for morning coffee is amazing.
The apartments and studios (we stayed in both) have all the necessities for a family stay from
Toaster and microwave, stove, pots and pans to knives, spoons, washing machine, fridge etc.
Morning walk for a coffee is close by, and dinner takeaway is also minutes away. Clean, comfortable, safe and friendly. Perfect for a solo traveller or a family. It is a one short bus ride to Harrods, walk (20 mins with kids) from science and natural history museums

Very noisy right on the main road. One can hardly sleep. The service and communication is poor. But conveniently located near attractions.
