Absolutely terrible company. They charge a management fee even for freeholders that has been going up every year and when asked to look into fixing an issue they totally ignore it. Special shout out to Jason Osborn the non existent property manager who ignores emails in the hopes you go away. A fence has fallen that belongs to the estate and they have refused to fix it. 1.5 years later its still fallen. If you are looking to do business with this company, I would suggest reading the negative reviews and avoid them at all costs.... Read more

Our apartment complex has recently moved to KWB after self managing ourselves. We interviewed prospective management companies and KWB, that being Nicola and Jason, as far as we are concerned, stood out from the others as being the best. They took over in July and from the outset we have been impressed with the professionalism and approachability and common sense attitude for dealing with everyday matters and problems. We are still in the early days, but everything has gone extremely well so far and any concerns we had with having a management company has been wiped out. I recently inquired about a commercial property and was initially shown the space by Narinder Kaur. She provided some initial hope regarding our potential acquisition. However, despite completing all necessary checks, including a hard credit evaluation for both myself and my colleague, we were informed weeks later that the landlord did not wish to have our business in the property. I am concerned that Narinder Kaur may not have effectively communicated with the landlord, as our application was declined shortly after I raised issues regarding her communication skills. She would not respond to our emails or attend to our call back requests. This experience has been disappointing, particularly as the property has remained vacant for over a year, which seems like a missed opportunity for the landlord and a loss of income due to Narinders indolence and inactivity. Additionally, I found the KWB website to be somewhat misleading. Staff members are unprofessional and less helpful, there appears to be a lack of an effective complaints handling process. I would recommend that landlords approach KWB with caution, as it may result in lost opportunities with potential tenants including a loss of potential income. "Avoid KWB Property Management: Terrible Advice Leads to Lost Sales and Stress" I regret to say that my experience with KWB Property Management has been overwhelmingly negative. Their incompetence and lack of understanding have led to disastrous consequences for both landlords and tenants alike. From the very beginning, it was evident that their advice was misguided and detrimental. Instead of providing sound guidance, they consistently offered recommendations that hindered sales opportunities for tenants, leading to frustration and stress. Their inability to grasp the intricacies of small property management has resulted in missed opportunities for tenants and lengthy conversations with landlords. The lack of proper communication and expertise has left both parties feeling neglected and unsupported. Overall, I strongly advise against entrusting your property management needs to KWB. Their incompetence and poor advice only serve to exacerbate problems and create unnecessary stress for all involved. I have spoken to a dozen other people who shared the same frustrations as I have which has only led me to understand this is not an isolated incident.... Read more
