Actually let some random electrician enter my property without permission whilst I happened to be in bed, and couldn’t see why this was an issue to me. You know strange man entering the apartment of a single woman!?! Illegally gave me one months notice to quit. Staff are rude and arogant. Tried to get me to pay for a new paint job out of my deposit even though the previous tenant had lived there 4 years, and I had only lived there a year without a fresh lick of paint in between. AVOID, absolutely no care for their tenants what so ever.... Read more

Incompetent is the only way to describe the block management this company provide. They ignore emails phone calls and have no regard for any of the leaseholders. The owners Countrywide are just as bad stripping any companies they buy. Time will tell and they won't last long. Staff at the Lincoln Office are appalling... Read more

I accepted the recommendation he gave, and look forward to satisfactory completion of the Sale of the Property.
