After receiving a dozen txt messages from Megan to visit a property, I attended only to later find out that I wasted an entire morning of my time. After calling the office and leaving messages on Megan's phone the company failed to reply. I find this an appalling way of doing business. If wasting my time was non-intentional they sure did not care to let me know the reason.

Luke at Lancaster Properties in Banstead recently sold my daughters house in South Sutton and we were so impressed with his high level of service and hands on approach that we then used him to sell my house as well, even though it was slightly out of his area. We both found him to be very professional and personable. He gave great advice, and was always available and very helpful when we wanted to contact him about anything. The walk through videos of both properties were absolutely stunning and the property photos superb. His rates were very competitive. But most importantly he achieved quick sales at the prices we wanted. No fuss no excessive views. Just brilliant and we felt we could trust him implicitly. We would recommend his services to anyone who is serious about selling their house. Thank you so much Luke, your service is amazing.

We found the service from first valuation appointment to completion exceptional. Communication with Norman who handled our sale with energy and efficiency was great- he didn’t hesitate to get in touch and talk us through issues such as presentation of our home and the market and he worked very hard to achieve an excellent result for us in a relatively short time.
Becky managed our sale very efficiently and we felt in safe hands throughout.
Absolutely the best estate agent experience we have had to date!

Excellent estate agents, totally professional with the best marketing materials online and in print including great photos and property videos. If you want your property to look great on line Lancasters are the ones to do it. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Lancasters Estate Agent to any family or friends looking to sell or purchase a property. From the moment, we instructed them to market our property, we were in communication with them regularly and was updated on feedback from viewings. When we got an offer and this was then accepted, we were then receiving regular updates on how the sale was progressing. On the date we completed, we received a call from the team to congratulation us and wishing us all the best. If you want an agent that is professional and will give you good advice and find you the right buyer/purchase, then these guys are the one for you.

A very professional service. They have a great team of people working at Lancasters estate agents, I have found them to be efficient, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about the property market. They take the marketing of their properties very seriously and always ensure they look great on line, backed up by great people to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Very provincial ; poor representation. Asked for a valuation on a shared property and we received a terrible valuation. Bad communications and a methodology. Compared to 3 other agents in Banstead these were stand out the most small scale and most apathetic in relation to market value.
I would not have used to market my property.
