Hamptons is very helpful and less stress if you’re looking for a house to let. It was my first time to fix and asked to let a house/flat for my own family and their agent was a very big help for me since i was working full time as night staff, I don’t have time to message them about the update and everything i need to pass for their requirements, Their agent will be the one who will message you first and telling you what you need to pass. Very Transparent to the result. They’re giving a timetable of the steps during on process of referencing and everything. Very big thankyou for their agent named “ISA DARR” he’s very helpful and hands on to his clients. Updating and calling me all the time (working hours). Hamptons is a Starter Friendly. 5star is not enough to their hardwork. Thankyou so much for accommodating and helping us. We always just have such a positive experience with the Team in Maidenhead.The Team are really friendly , approachable , professional .A special mention to Property Manager Harjeet Kaur. She is very professional , truly excellent and prompt in her responses to issues/concerns raised. Want to say thank you to the negotiator Isa Darr who communicates to people efficiently in both writing and verbally; conducts meetings in very professional manner answering all questions and giving useful insights about the next steps and options that are possible. Isa seemed to be super efficient in coordinating many visitors with tight time slots - we didn’t have to wait at all, same as the next viewers, which is almost unique on this market based on my prior experience. In my opinion Isa is perfectly doing the job. Property viewing may not be the most important part of the agency’s business but it is crucial from building professional network perspective as some of the viewers are your future clients.... Don't bother renting out your property with Hamptons. I've been trying to get hold of the letting department for days, trying to inquire about potential places to rent. Not only do they not answer the phone, they ignore you and don't get back to your messages either. Please pick any other estate agency if you're really serious about letting out your property.... Worst agency and service as they did not reply to our emails or calls whenever we had tried to contact them. And they did not release our deposit even after vacating the property till 6 months. We had to contact TDS people and they tried to contact them and they did not replied and finally TDS had to Release our deposit after 6 months.. I wouldn’t give any stars or recommendations for this agency. And yes if your property manager is SALLY CAMPBELL then be careful as she will not reply to any of your emails after you rent the property and vacate the property.... Read more

We got to Hamptons through Accord Lettings, when we were looking for a apartment in Birmingham City Centre. When doing the paper work and process a lady named Sally did it quite quick like within a few days. But once everything was done. They were ever least bothered to ever respond to mails or any maintenance issues. They would take forever which was quite annoying and disappointing. When we ended the tenancy they wanted to deduct money from our deposit for no valid reason and a dispute was raised no response since then. And then we took action with the TDS and finally got our whole deposit back after 5months of vacating the place, which was quite ridiculous. They do not provide professional service at all. Act all nice during the start of tenancy and later it is disaster. Would not at all recommend Hamptons. When we used to call Sally on office number no response has ever been given nor replies to our emails. Worse and ridiculous. Wish there was a zero star rating.... Read more
