We've never bought a property via Auction before so were naturally nervous and had no idea what to expect - we saw the hosue two days before and thanks to the excellent support, advice and expertise of Landwood Auctions - we completed within 10 days - we are so grateful - we never knew you could have a Proxy too whcih really saved us as we were both in meetings during the auction. Storngly recommend them and thank you!

My experience with Landwood was superb. Throughout a protracted out of auction negotiation and subsequent signing of contracts, through to completion Landwood were professional, prompt and helpful. Without their communication and dedication I do not think the sale could have been completed. Thank you very much.

Dealt with landwood twice in the last 11 months. The communication is awful that in the end results in unhappy bidders and vendors not getting true market value.

My experience with the Landwood group has gone from bad to worse. We have been provided information by one employee, which then gets contradicted by another employee. We receive emails as replies as late as 10.30pm and on Sundays which is out of hours and very unprofessional and argumentative.
