I cannot recommend the team at Bromley’s Langford Russell highly enough. Unlike other estate agents, you are met with a professional, honest and helpful service.

In particular, Chris Salt deserves recognition for his positive can-do attitude; he strives to find a solution to any issue and is never pushy, seeking the best outcome for all. Lauren Palmer is friendly, polite and always on hand to help. The team ensure that all matters are dealt with promptly- no chasing required and all points followed through and fed back on.

I have to say, I have been pleasantly surprised and impressed throughout my dealings with the team. I will definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend Langford Russell, the West Wickham Branch. All the team are polite and professional. We have dealt with Josh Sladden many a times and we have always found this a pleasure. Josh is professional, polite, consistent and always responded to our calls, emails and requests. I worked mainly with Jon (Mook) but also Glenn (Maher) to sell my house and they both did a great job.
Looking at the argument of traditional high street agents versus online ones I’d recommend Acorn and these two anytime.
One of my life rules is I don’t mind paying for things - so long as I’m getting my money’s worth... and that’s exactly how I felt with these two.
Yes they’re expensive (compared to online only) but they earned their commission, they never put their foot off the gas in the process of selling my home and they did a superb job right up til the point of exchange - and hopefully now beyond too!
Well worth it...

I honestly cannot fault the service from the Sales division - Arikson Franco provided fantastic support throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent - proactive and responsive which was important for me as an overseas seller. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and pragmatically to ensure the sale stayed on track. Highly recommend Arikson if you're looking for an experienced, highly professional and hard-working agent who has your back.
