What a fantastic team at Laurels. Lucy was brilliant from beginning to end and the whole team went beyond the call of duty to move boxes from room to room to optimise the look of my home for photos to be taken. Very positive, professional and honest firm. To top it up they have a ‘CAN DO ‘ attitude which inspires confidence. Absolutely faultless service. All members of staff I dealt with went the extra mile, and all were extremely knowledgeable and honest. Special thanks to Sam, Leigh and Rob for all of their efforts!

Agency fees are more reasonably priced than other local estate agents, and it quickly became apparent that Laurels put a large focus on customer service and satisfaction. They were instrumental in easing my sale through when we hit some blockages in the chain.
