We would recommend this estate agents very highly. We recently purchased a property through Lawrence & Co and we couldn't of been happier with the service. They where incredibly professional from start to finish, negotiating an amazing price for the property we wished to purchase. Every time we called with a query, which was a lot as we where first time buyers. We were made to feel very valued, if our question couldn't be answered then and there, we would normally receive a call back within 24 hours. Jo and Alexa who dealt with were always very polite, personable and generally amazing. If we require an estate agent in the future, they will be our first port of call. 5 stars across the board.

Sorry to say the experience was not good . Have contacted multiple time to try to view a house and emailed and no one have bothered getting back to me . When I did get hold of them they told me they were to busy to show me around a home . If I was the person selling a house I would not want these people representing me .

The sale of our late mother's house was delayed by the pandemic, but Mark and the team at Lawrence & Co went beyond the call of duty by keeping an eye on the empty property while we were forbidden to visit. It was a great comfort to know that a check was being made periodically, both to us and to keep insurers happy. We would unhesitatingly recommend Lawrence & Co to anyone.
