I dealt with Pukar (Hammersmith branch) and Darren (West Kensington branch) and both have been truly fantastic. I have been looking for a property for a couple of years now and Pukar has been excellent (and very patient) at listening to what I would like and showing me properties that match that description. I have now happily found a flat and am completing next week - we got there in the end! I dealt with Darren in relation to the purchase as the property was in West Kensington and he has been super responsive and helpful at allowing me to have additional viewings, liaising with the sellers and ensuring the sale goes smoothly.
