I contacted Leaders Eastbourne with regard to renting out our property. The service and attention I have received from Craig has been exemplary. All phone calls answered, emailed responded to swiftly. Craig, who is the senior lettings agent has assisted us with recommendations for various trades to prepare the property to standard.
The property was marketed very efficiently and they found suitable tenants within 48 hours of listing.
Other members of staff who I have interacted with at Leaders Eastbourne have been friendly, helpful and obliging.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Leaders Eastbourne.

Really great customer service especially from Jess who kept me informed throughout the process of letting the property offering sensible advice. However, I've revised the star rating due to poor communication when managing the tenancy. You get random emails about repairs with no photos and when you request more information it goes silent.
When I have passed information from the freeholder of my block I've no idea if passed on. Calls go unreturned. May as well manage yourself and save the fees.

We had a wonderful experience with Leaders Letting. Craig helped us throughout the whole process and was in touch whenever we needed. About a week passed from the moment we expressed our interest in a particular flat until the day we moved in. Highly recommend Leaders Letting, they are true professionals!

Craig Manfield is above and beyond the person you need for a move! He stood in the freezing cold when I was late. He went to the greatest lengths to support me in my quest. I can not recommend him or Leaders highly enough. Even if they don't find your perfect home, they will certainly take care of you, try for you, respect you and show utter professionalism and above all - the greatest care. Craig, you are a legend!

I had a wonderful experience with the whole team. I have to mention Ben for his professionalism and his welcoming attitude.James genuinely made an effort setting up my standing orders in which I was not so great at .Craig was very kind to ask me to wait in their office because it was raining outside on the day of key collection. Well I'm tryna say that they are the best people.They have professionalism, expertise and kindness, what else do we need ? Thank you Team Leaders....Highly recommended!!!
