Moved out from one property rent from Leaders Mansfield in March 2023, till today don't get back deposit and 2 weeks rent! Tried few times to ring,sent emails no any response or once what they can say its they waiting for landlord response then don't answer the phone! They withdrawn deposit to the agency without any statement for me as tenant ! Agents arranged viewings for house without closed our case! Never will recommend that's brach for anybody.

After a recent change in property manager to look after things for me, I've dealt with Robyn over recent months, and have found her to be a proactive and professional focal point in dealing with any issues that come up with an in-depth knowledge of her field; highly responsive, and consistently overdelivers. Highly personable and deals with both landlord and tenant fairly - in fact, she is in the middle of this even now.
Communications, emails and phone calls are returned promptly, and inspection documents are issued easily within same day - in this week's example, before I'd even driven back home from a visit!

I have just signed the contracts to a rental property with these guys at the Ravenshead office and have to say over all I’m impressed, I’m currently 22weeks pregnant and due to my current landlord selling I have to be out by Christmas! I collected the keys to my rented property this morning!!
I haven't rented a property on my own before so I was slightly daunted by the prospect. Berry and the team at Ravenshead were on hand to answer all my questions with a smile. And I asked a lot of questions....
There is a large amount of paperwork to read and sign but this was done electronically over a period of a month, plenty of time to get other things set in place ready to move in.

*avoid like the plague*
Rentors beware. Rented out a house through them and despite doing this multiple times before it was a horribly stressful experience. Difficulty from day one with getting keys late, lack of communication and then constant emails and phone calls when we decided we were leaving. The changed the leaving date despite agreeing this previously.
Check out inspection was also really disappointing with unnecessary charges that I could not contest. Really poor experience. I am understand why landlords like this team but can honestly say go elsewhere..

I had never used a letting agencies before to rent a property. I am pleased to say Michelle and Berry from Leaders Ravenshead made the whole transaction from start to finish minimal stress and was always patient with the 100’s of questions I had throughout the process.

Totally unprofessional agent!! If you want your properties managing well do not use this agent. My family have experienced terrible service and had to constantly chase for basics to be done.
